You will contribute to continuous delivery capabilities across build, provisioning, automation, and multi-tenant scale-out systems spanning development to production. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a robust, efficient, and highly available 24×7 Private & Public Cloud operation. You’ll collaborate with global teams in the US and India to support a true Follow-the-Sun operational model. 🌎 💼 Scope of Impact & Responsibilities 🔧 Own and support infrastructure platforms and related technologies 🏗️ Lead design, build, enhancement, and integration of infrastructure within AET 📈 Improve platform robustness, scalability, performance, and availability 🧭 Deliver high-quality outcomes and support team task execution ☁️ Maintain and support production environments across on-prem & cloud 🔄 Drive large-scale infra migrations (on-prem → on-prem / cloud / hybrid) 🚨 Support incident, change, and problem management, RCA & service restoration 🤖 Drive automation initiatives for operational efficiency 🐧 Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune Linux systems and cloud infra ✅ Must-Have Skills -8-10 years in Cloud Infrastructure Engineer ✨ Required Education & Technical Competencies 🎓 Bachelor’s in CS/CE or related field (Master’s preferred) 🕒 7+ years industry experience (5+ relevant) 🐧 5+ years Unix/Linux system administration 🗄️ 3+ years supporting on-prem production techs like Redis Enterprise, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Astronomer 🛠️ 2+ years Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar) ☁️ 2+ years managing production workloads on Google Cloud (GCP) 🐳 2+ years deploying COTS apps on Kubernetes (OpenShift / GKE) ⚙️ Automation experience: Ansible, Shell, Python/Java 🔐 Strong RHEL 8 cluster management, upgrades, migrations 📊 Expertise in Linux performance monitoring, security hardening & patching 🛡️ Hands-on experience with monitoring & observability tools 🧠 Other Skills & Capabilities 🛠️ Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting & service restoration expertise 🗣️ Excellent communication & customer-handling skills (especially during outages) 📈 Metrics-driven mindset and strong documentation skills 💡 Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies 🤝 Strong collaboration across global teams & time zones 🖥️ Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds 📩 Interested?
