Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara for the role of Commi 1 specializing in South Indian Cuisine. The responsibilities include preparing and cooking high-quality South Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, assisting senior chefs, and ensuring consistency in food presentation. The role also involves managing ingredients, inventory, and ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitary regulations. Qualifications - Strong Culinary Skills and expertise in Cooking, specifically in preparing South Indian Cuisine - Knowledge of Food Preparation techniques and ingredient usage - Understanding and adherence to Hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen - Good Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members - Prior experience in a professional kitchen setting is an advantage - Formal culinary training or certification is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and quality
