Position Overview The Warehouse Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a warehouse. Responsibilities include picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading goods. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in rotational shifts (day and night). Free food and cab facilities are provided, along with an attractive salary. Key Responsibilities 1. Picking & Packing Select and collect items from shelves as per order requirements. Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transit. Attach correct labels and tags to the packages. 2. Scanning & Documentation Operate barcode scanners to log product information. Ensure all scanned items are recorded in the warehouse system. Report any mismatches or damaged items to the supervisor. 3. Loading & Unloading Assist in loading goods onto delivery vehicles. Unload incoming stock and arrange items in the warehouse. Follow safe handling procedures to prevent injury or product damage. 4. Warehouse Maintenance Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow company safety protocols and wear protective gear if required. Assist in stock counting and inventory checks. Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of warehouse operations. Good physical stamina for lifting and moving goods. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night). Educational Qualification Minimum 10th pass (12th pass preferred).
