Job Title Data Entry MIS Operator Location Korba Chhattisgarh Department MIS Administration Role Objective To ensure accurate data entry timely preparation of MIS reports and proper documentation in English and Hindi while coordinating with HR Store and Project departments The role also involves working on digital tools like Zoho for reporting and record management Roles Responsibilities Data Entry Documentation Enter and update data in MS Excel Word and company registers Maintain records for project site data manpower and store stock Prepare letters forms and official documents in English Hindi Ensure accuracy speed and neat formatting in all documentation MIS Reporting Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports Summarize data related to manpower material movement and project progress Share updated MIS with HR Store and Project departments on time Support management in data analysis and decision-making Coordination Work Coordinate with HR for attendance staff records joining leaving details Support Store department with stock reports and material inward outward entries Assist Project team in updating work progress and site documentation Act as a communication link among departments for smooth reporting Software IT Tools Proficient use of MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Knowledge of Zoho applications is preferred Upload and update data in company s digital systems and ERP tools Skills Required Strong knowledge of MS Excel Word formulas formatting reporting Fast typing speed in English Hindi Ability to read write fluently in English and Hindi Good communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented and disciplined in reporting Knowledge of Zoho software preferred but not mandatory Qualification Experience Graduate 12th pass with computer knowledge Diploma in Computer Applications preferred 0-2 years of experience in Data Entry MIS Documentation Freshers with good computer and typing skills are welcome Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Can you type in English Can you type in Hindi How would you rate your typing speed Do you have knowledge or experience of using Zoho software How soon can you join Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Working knowledge of MS Excel Word 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
