Job Description

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for construction chemicals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic business plans.

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and consultants.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for construction chemical products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Act as a key point of contact for existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

Product Promotion and Marketing:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Ascolite construction chemical products.

Reporting and Forecasting:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Forecast sales targets and contribute to the budgeting process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the construction chemicals industry.
- Strong technical understanding of construction materials and chemicals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
