Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive specializing in the pharmaceutical industry to join our vibrant sales team In this role you will drive business growth by developing strong relationships with healthcare providers pharmacies and institutional clients Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help expand our market presence promote our pharmaceutical products and deliver exceptional customer service This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise technical knowledge and management skills to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY Responsibilities Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts including cold calling direct sales and territory management to expand our client base Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support product education and tailored solutions to meet customer needs Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals pharmacies and institutional clients to showcase product benefits and features Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market share within assigned territories Generate leads and qualify prospects through effective lead generation techniques including networking referrals and market research Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities manage customer relationships and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies to boost product visibility Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues promptly and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction Conduct regular territory analysis to identify new opportunities monitor competitor activity and optimize sales strategies Deliver comprehensive product demos and technical sales presentations highlighting product features benefits and applications Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends regulatory requirements and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales B2B sales or territory management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Strong management skills with the ability to lead client relationships and coordinate sales activities effectively Demonstrated success in business development lead generation and account management Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer data Excellent negotiation communication and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to healthcare professionals Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques to support sales initiatives Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic planning Experience in retail sales inside sales and territory sales is a plus Ability to perform cold calling and proactive outreach to generate new leads A proactive energetic attitude with a passion for healthcare and technology sales Relevant educational background preferably in life sciences pharmacy or related fields is advantageous Join us and become a vital part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to improving healthcare through innovative pharmaceutical solutions We value energetic transparent and results-driven professionals eager to make a difference Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
