Job Description Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience: 3+ Years Location: Chennai Timings: 12 PM 9 PM IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Role Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce production support and development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications while adhering to established IT standards and best practices. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in both configuration and customization, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The candidate should be flexible to extend working hours based on deliverables and meetings with US-based teams. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. - Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC). - Perform code reviews, recommend best practices, and ensure quality standards are maintained. - Manage production support activities, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancements. - Work independently to resolve technical issues and provide accurate effort estimates. - Handle release implementations, provide on-call support, and ensure 24x7 system availability when required. - Configure Salesforce using Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Data Model, and Change Sets. - Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Community Cloud knowledge is a plus). - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, and perform data migrations using Data Loader. - Collaborate with clients and senior team members to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Mentor junior developers when required. - Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 35 years of total IT experience with minimum 3 years in Salesforce development/support. - Strong hands-on experience with Force.com platform (configuration and customization). - Proficiency in Apex triggers, batch classes, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and LWC (preferred). - Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud. - Strong understanding of SFDC architecture and data model design. - Experience with integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration tools. - Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer I certification (highly preferred). - Proven experience in Salesforce production support. - Willingness to learn additional technologies such as Oracle, as needed. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client interaction skills. Good to Have: - Experience in the Healthcare industry or similar domains.
