Location: Indore Reporting to: CEO Experience: 2+ years Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month Key Responsibilities - Act as primary point of contact for the CEO: manage calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, logistics. - Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritize and respond or escalate as needed. - Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and reports. - Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of CEO. - Assist in research, data gathering, and follow-up for strategic initiatives. - Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Track and ensure deadlines are met, follow-ups are executed. - Handle ad-hoc assignments, events, coordination, and office administration tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a relevant field. - Minimum 2 years experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role. - Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. - Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools. - Comfortable liaising with senior leaders and external partners. Desirable - Experience in a tech startup or agile environment. - Exposure to project management, CRM / tools knowledge. - Understanding of business operations, metrics, and reporting.
