We are seeking a Digital Innovation Journalist who will:

- Pioneer New Formats: Develop interactive articles, immersive multimedia stories, and leverage AR/VR technologies to bring news to life.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with editors, developers, and designers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Engage with Audiences: Utilize social media and other digital platforms to interact with readers and build a community around our content.
- Analyze and Adapt: Use analytics tools to understand audience behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and tools to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in digital journalism or content creation. Experience with interactive media is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems, multimedia editing software, and basic understanding of web technologies.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and come up with novel ways to present information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is advantageous.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
