Duties and responsibilities The Packing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the packing operations and ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of products This role involves supervising a team of packers monitoring inventory levels and maintaining quality control standards Supervise and coordinate the packing operations in accordance with company policies and procedures Ensure that all packing activities are carried out efficiently and meet quality standards Train and mentor packing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packing materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of packed products Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for packing staff Monitor and analyze packing productivity and efficiency metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Qualification and skills Degree or diploma in textile technology Proven experience as Packing Supervisor or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of supporting a team environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
