Job Summary:

As the Product Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our candidate experience product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

What You'll Do:

. Experience interfacing with customers or development teams

. Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools

. Storytelling and vision setting skills

. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies

. Knowledge of the recruiting/talent acquisition industry

. Experience working with international teams

. Experience at a startup/fast paced environment

. Experience building integration frameworks for enterprise platforms

. Experience consuming and developing solutions that are highly interactive with internal/external APIs and web services

. Demonstrated proficiency in managing developer-focused / API-centric products

. 4-7 years of SaaS product management experience

. Experience building iPaaS products

. Experience building solutions that sync data between enterprise HR systems

What You've Done:

. Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry

. Experience working on a No Code/Low Code Platform

. Prefer candidates with strong hands on working on Integration Platforms

. Strong understanding of candidate experience and its impact on talent acquisition

. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch

. Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
