Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Training Manager located in Kolkata. The Senior Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, assessing employee performance, and identifying training needs. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with department heads to enhance training processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Overall experience minimum 15 years
- Expertise in leading training department for various projects
- Experience of leading a multifaceted training department involving multiple trainers
- Should be in the management role for more than a decade
- Experience in deploying and implementing Online/ self-learning training platforms
