Install, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of industrial instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, control valves, and analytical equipment. . Conduct preventative maintenance on instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. . Interpret and update P&IDs, electrical schematics, and loop diagrams. . Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements related to instrumentation. . ..Digital Systems & Automation:.. . Support the implementation and maintenance of digital manufacturing solutions, including SCADA, DCS, PLC systems, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) devices. . Assist in data acquisition, analysis, and visualization to drive process improvements and efficiency gains. . Participate in the integration of new digital technologies and automation solutions into existing plant infrastructure. . Provide technical support and training to plant personnel on instrumentation and digital systems. . ..Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:.. . Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to instrumentation and control systems. . Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions. . Maintain accurate records of instrumentation calibration, maintenance, and repair activities. . Generate reports on system performance, reliability, and digital initiative progress. . Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. . ..Experience:.. 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems within a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG or process industries. . ..Technical Skills:.. . Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation principles, calibration techniques, and troubleshooting. . Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and HMI development. . Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). . Basic understanding of IIoT concepts, data analytics, and digital manufacturing platforms. . Experience with process control loops and PID tuning. . ..Soft Skills:.. .
