Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Sleeve Applicator Operator with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in operating high-speed labeling machines The ideal candidate should be capable of consistently achieving a speed of 90 bottles per minute while ensuring accuracy efficiency and minimal downtime in the labeling process Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the sleeve labeling machine with a consistent output of 90 bottles per minute Ensure accurate placement of shrink sleeves on PET bottles as per product specifications Perform regular machine setups changeovers and adjustments based on bottle size and label design Conduct routine cleaning lubrication and basic maintenance of the applicator machine Identify and resolve minor mechanical or alignment issues to reduce downtime Coordinate with the maintenance and quality team for any technical or quality concerns Inspect bottles for sleeve defects such as misalignment tears or incomplete shrinking Record production data downtime logs and material usage as per company SOPs Adhere to safety hygiene and quality standards applicable to the FMCG beverage industry Support continuous improvement initiatives for production line efficiency Qualifications Skills ITI Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience operating sleeve applicator machines preferably in an FMCG environment Ability to meet required machine speeds minimum 90 BPM Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Understanding of packaging machinery and production line workflow Awareness of hygiene GMP and safety standards in the food beverage industry Preferred Attributes Experience with steam tunnel or hot air shrink systems Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours as per production needs A team player with a proactive and quality-focused mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Supplemental Pay Performance bonus
