About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kronos Administrator to manage and optimize our Kronos Workforce Management system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Kronos products, ensuring smooth operations of timekeeping, payroll, and workforce scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administer and maintain the Kronos Workforce Management system, including configurations, system updates, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement Kronos solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support for Kronos users, including resolving technical issues and providing guidance on system usage.
- Monitor system performance and ensure all integrations with HR, payroll, and other business systems are functioning properly.
- Conduct regular audits of timecards, schedules, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Create and generate reports and data analysis from Kronos to provide insights for leadership and HR teams.
- Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use the Kronos system.
- Stay up-to-date with new Kronos features, patches, and updates, and recommend improvements.
- Document processes and system configurations to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security access to the Kronos system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, scheduling, and timekeeping.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management software (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll, etc.).
- Kronos certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience with integrating Kronos with other HR, payroll, or ERP systems.
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and offer solutions.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and timekeeping regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Kronos Cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with other HRIS or payroll systems (Workday, ADP, SAP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
