Role Description Factual Minds is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HR Developer for a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, collaborating closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. The role requires a strong technical foundation in PeopleTools and related technologies, hands-on experience across HR functional modules, and the ability to lead technical development in large-scale HR transformation programs. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor. - Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker services. - Support PeopleTools upgrades, patches, and data migrations. - Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions. - Conduct performance tuning, code reviews, and system optimization. - Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure effective integrations and data flow. - Provide production support, documentation, and mentor junior developers as needed. Qualifications - 8+ years of progressive experience in PeopleSoft HCM development and implementation. - Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker. - In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Self Service modules. - Experience with Oracle databases, SQL tuning, and performance optimization. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment (Hyderabad). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Exposure to AWS or cloud environments is an added advantage. -
