WE ARE HIRING HR Officer -

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHR Officerto join our team in Goa. This role supports the day-to-day HR functions and helps create a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Assist in training programs and performance review processes.
- Contribute to fostering a supportive and professional workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 13 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary around 25,000 per month, depending on experience.
