HR Analyst
Job Location: India, Bengaluru
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Analyst to support IHDS HR function. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with IHDS HR leadership team, providing data-driven insights, operational HR support, and coordination across various HR processes. A strong analytical mindset, hands-on Excel capability, and prior HR experience will set you up for success in this role.

MAIN JOB REPONSABILITIES:
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain HR reports on headcount, attrition, hiring, and other workforce metrics using advanced Excel tools and HR systems (Workday)
- Partner with the HR leadership team to generate monthly and ad hoc reports to drive data-driven decision-making
- Support HR forecasting, workforce planning, and organizational health metrics
Operational HR Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of core HR processes such as performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, and employee engagement surveys
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Payroll, and Business HR teams to ensure seamless HR operations
HR System Uploads & Reporting
- Maintain and update IHDS records on IRIS/ Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards
HR Project Support
- Support the implementation of IHDS HR transformation projects and process improvements, including policy updates and compliance audits
- Prepare presentation slides, meeting minutes as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the banking, financial services or insurance industry
- Experience working in a payroll or HR operations role is advantageous
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in MsWord, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, dashboards, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability
