Job Title Prometric Trainer Location Mavelikkara Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prometric Trainer to deliver high-quality training to candidates appearing for Prometric exams The ideal candidate will have excellent teaching and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences Key Responsibilities 1 Deliver comprehensive training programs for Prometric exams ensuring candidates are well-prepared for their exams 2 Develop and maintain training materials including study guides practice questions and other resources 3 Conduct training sessions either in-person or online using various teaching methods and tools 4 Evaluate candidate progress providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve their performance 5 Stay up-to-date with Prometric exam content formats and testing requirements 6 Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement training strategies sharing best practices and expertise 7 Maintain accurate records of training sessions candidate progress and other relevant data Requirements 1 Proven experience as a trainer or instructor 2 Strong knowledge of Prometric exams including content formats and testing requirements 3 Excellent teaching communication and interpersonal skills 4 Ability to create engaging interactive and informative training sessions 5 Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail 6 Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in a relevant field e g education medical nursing or healthcare 2 Interested candidates have to work from our location in Mavelikara Candidates willing to relocate can also apply 3 Certification or licensure in a relevant field e g medical nursing or healthcare 4 Prometric exam qualified Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule Monday to Friday Morning shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Teaching 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 19 01 2025 Expected Start Date 05 06 2025
