Job Description

- Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare and present financial models, including scenario planning and variance analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and improve financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them to enhance operational efficiency.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A role should have:

- Charted Accountant (CA)

- Minimum 10 - 14 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

- Candidate should have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry

- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modelling.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.

- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
