You will be accountable for delivery outcomes, customer satisfaction, and people development. Key Responsibilities - Customer Management: Act as primary contact; translate business needs into actionable plans; manage stakeholder communication and regulatory compliance. - Agile Delivery: Plan and execute projects using Scrum/Kanban/SAFe; manage scope, schedule, risks, and quality. Facilitate sprint ceremonies and drive continuous improvement. - Team Leadership: Build and coach cross-functional teams; foster collaboration and accountability; manage performance and growth. - Quality & Delivery: Enforce quality gates, traceability, and readiness for go-live; monitor non-functional requirements. - Financials: Own project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning; ensure profitability. - Hiring & Appraisals: Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development; set OKRs and manage evaluations. Work Experience - Experience: 10+ years in software delivery, 4+ years in project management - Agile Expertise: Scrum/SAFe, backlog management, metrics-driven governance, manage multiple scrum teams, track dependencies and raise risks. - Leadership & Financials: Team coaching, conflict resolution, budgeting, track project financials, - Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence; familiarity with CI/CD, - Communication: Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
