Job Title Robotics and AI Trainer Location Shahdol Department STEM Innovation Lab Position Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Robotics and AI Trainer to join our academic team The trainer will be responsible for engaging school students in hands-on learning experiences related to robotics artificial intelligence block-based coding and STEM-based activities The ideal candidate will foster design thinking creativity and problem-solving skills through project-based learning and prepare students for regional and national competitions Key Responsibilities Instruction Training Teach students block-based to Syntax based coding e g Scratch Blockly MakeCode Arduino C Python Conduct interactive sessions on robotics and introductory AI concepts using age-appropriate platforms Aimiracle Proprietary Robotics Ai STEM learning solution Deliver STEM-based workshops that integrate science technology engineering and mathematics in practical activities Design Thinking Innovation Guide students through the design thinking process to encourage innovation ideation and prototyping Facilitate student-led projects that address real-world problems using technology and creative thinking Competitions Events Mentor and coach students for participation in local regional and national robotics or STEM competitions e g FIRST LEGO League RoboCup AI Challenges Organize in-house innovation challenges and exhibitions to showcase student projects Content Creation Curriculum Development Develop lesson plans instructional materials and project guides aligned with the school s STEM objectives Create and maintain engaging digital content for learning platforms or STEM labs Collaboration Growth Work closely with teaching staff to integrate STEM across other subjects Stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology robotics and AI Provide training and workshops for fellow educators when needed Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science Education or related field BSc MSc other science computer related course graduated can also apply Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching robotics coding or STEM to school students is preferred However enthusiastic freshers aspiring to build a career in STEM Robotics and AI are also encouraged to apply Proficiency in block-based coding platforms and familiarity with robotics kits Knowledge of AI education tools for beginners Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for innovation creativity and student-centered learning Preferred Skills Experience with Arduino Ecosystem DIY Robotics 3D printing IoT or electronics Previous involvement in organizing or mentoring for STEM competitions Ability to inspire and engage young learners in technical subjects To Apply Please send your resume to support aimiracle in Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay From 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
