As a Senior Social Media Strategist at Agadh, you will take the lead in shaping and executing platform-specific social media strategies for our clients and in-house projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior creatives, and ensure brand narratives are amplified across all channels with clarity, creativity, and consistency. Beyond ideation, you'll be hands-on with content creation, trend mapping, performance analysis, and team collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, take ownership of brand voices, and create thumb-stopping content that drives real impact. Key Responsibilities - Develop and lead creative, platform-specific social media strategies for multiple brands. - Oversee content planning, calendar creation and timely publishing across platforms. - Conceptualize, shoot and edit high-performing mobile-first content (reels, stories, UGC-style videos). - Guide the visual direction of content using tools like Canva and collaborate with designers for elevated creatives. - Analyze performance metrics, generate reports and optimize strategies based on insights. - Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes and content trends. - Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to elevate overall output. - Work closely with copywriters, performance marketers and brand leads to ensure aligned communication. - Bring fresh ideas to the table during brainstorming and campaign development. Required Qualifications - 3+ years of proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and account management. (for Senior profile) - 1-2 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation and account management (for Jr. profile) - Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and creative content. - Advanced proficiency in mobile content creation (photo & video). - Intermediate to advanced skills in Canva and mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.). - Deep understanding of platform-specific nuances (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.). - Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
