We are currently seeking a AI Engineer - Kore.ai Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN). NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer - Kore.ai platform and Java with over 7+ years of experience to join our team to help a strategic banking client in various AI development activities. As an AI Engineer with NTT DATA, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging your skills to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: This role requires a dual set of skillsets, including proficiency in both Python and Java with hands-on applied AI experience: AI / ML Engineering: - Proficient in both Python and Java. - Exercise expertise in ideating and developing AI/ML applications on prediction, recommendation, text analytics, computer vision, robotics, and content intelligence. - Apply statistical skills and advanced statistical techniques and concepts. - Demonstrate deep knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. - Display proficiency with Python packages such as Pandas, NumPy Scikit-Learn, and spaCy. - Leverage advanced knowledge of Python open-source software stack such as Django or Flask, Django Rest or FastAPI, etc. - Deep knowledge ML models, deep learning models, NLP, Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), and other generative models. - Experience working with LLM frameworks, LLM model registries (Hugging Face), LLM APIs and embedding models. - Experience with vector databases and NLP retrieval methods (RAG technologies, semantic similarity). - Employ technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS LLM foundational models, BERT, Transformers, PaLM, Bard, etc. - Develop and implement GenAI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the successful execution of AI projects for a diverse range of clients. - Assist in the design and implementation of GenAI use cases, projects, and POCs across multiple industries. - Work on RAG models and Agents Frameworks to enhance GenAI solutions by incorporating relevant information retrieval mechanisms and frameworks - Create and maintain data infrastructure to ingest, normalize, and combine datasets for actionable insights. - Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver customized AI solutions. - Interact at appropriate levels to ensure client satisfaction and project success. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. - Conduct training sessions to enhance overall data science skills within the organization. Kore.AI Bot Development: - Experience with conversational AI and NLP basics such as but not limited to: - Intent recognition, entities and dialog flows. - LLMs, RAG and embeddings. - Knowledge of prompt engineering and tuning of generative models. - Familiarity with frontend UI frameworks, ability to build UIs with JavaScript/React. - Knowledge of RESTFul APIs / GraphQL to employ APIs for application integration. - Ability to configure and extend connectors/webhooks. - Workflow design experience. - Cloud basics: AWS, Azure, GCP. Familiarity with serverless functions (Lambda, Azure Functions). - Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to deploy and update applications reliably. - Experience in handling PII data and data security. - Understanding logging, monitoring and observability. Java & Microservices: - Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems - Write clean, efficient code using Java and Spring boot, Microservice - Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions - Work along with a larger scrum team to deliver assigned stories - Develop and document the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards - Design reusable frameworks - Environment management and layout design - Mentor Jr/ team members and supporting the interviews/ evaluation - Engage with key stake holders, internal and external, to understand user requirements - Partner with the entire technical team to determine systems planning, scheduling and implementation timeline to ensure the appropriate timing is set to ensure the project can be completed in scheduled time - Participate in Agile planning and estimation activities to break down large tasks into smaller tasks - Provide technical guidance to teams and lead on issue resolution - Design reusable frameworks - Environment management and layout design Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience architecting high-impact GenAI/AI solutions for diverse clients. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kore.ai Development - 5+ year(s) of experience participating in projects that focused on one or more of the following areas: - Predictive Analytics - Data Design - Generative AI - AI/ML - ML Ops - 5+ years of experience using Python - Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, hibernate with expertise in design, development, performance tuning, microservice, troubleshooting and deployment - Good understanding of ECS, Kubernetes, and open shift - Experience in building UI components for agent applications - Expertise in Elastic Search, NoSQL databases, and Caching solutions - Expertise in designing and optimizing the software solutions for performance and stability - Expertise in Authentication, Authorization, and Security.
