
Principle Member of Technical Staff

As a Principle Software Developer (IC4) in our team, you'll be responsible for, and lead efforts in, designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services of Semantic database for the next generation health care application. We believe in ownership and expect you to think long term, mentor, and empower other engineers. As a technical leader on the team, you will own the complete software development lifecycle, from design, development, testing, first class monitoring, to production.
Java development experience is required and deep knowledge/expereince in RDBMS, Vector DB and Big data technologies. Other recommended tools and technologies may include Rest APIs, Maven, Jenkins among others. Hands on Java developer with in-depth knowledge on JVM internals and performance tuning.
Demonstrated understanding of cloud native architecture and experience with either AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is essential. Experience with security, identity and access management concepts would be very valuable but is not required.

This will allow a patient to get point of care from anyone, anywhere or any device by providing the practitioner medical information leveraging global data.
Accountable for broad software design, code quality and architecture decisions
Lead and direct architecture discussions, design sessions and code reviews for functional correctness, architectural maintainability, and performance.
Develop long-term technical roadmap for solution area.
Code for high-risk projects that have solution dependencies within and outside current team.
Analyze, understand and develop complex architectures, design and associated sub-systems.
Ability to understand someone else's complex code very quickly
Ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as Development leads, Product Management, Operations, Release Management to make, adopt and communicate technical decisions and shape the development and delivery of software.
