Technical AI Sr Program Manager

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead multiple AI product delivery. You will partner closely with product managers, engineering teams, QA, and operations to define program goals, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution. You'll be the operational and technical glue that aligns teams and delivers outcomes. Responsibilities Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs from concept to launch - Work with engineering leads to define architecture, sequencing, and technical dependencies - Build detailed project plans, set clear milestones, and monitor progress using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps - Identify and manage risks proactively, driving resolution of cross-team dependencies and blockers - Facilitate technical design discussions and decision-making forums - Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders - Champion best practices in Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies across teams - Continuously improve engineering processes, workflows, and metrics - Coordinate release planning and rollout strategies with DevOps and operations teams Required QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 12+ years of experience in program or project management in technical domains - Deep understanding of AI/ML, it application, software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, APIs, and systems architecture - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience with Agile, Scrum, and project management tools (ADO, Confluence, Jira, etc.) Preferred - Master's degree or PMP/CSM certification - Experience working with distributed systems, microservices, or DevOps pipelines - Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/ML programs What Success Looks Like - Programs are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards - Stakeholders feel aligned and well-informed - Teams are unblocked, empowered, and continuously improving - Engineering and product are in sync with business goals About Us Icertis is the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence.
