Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for Social Media Interns who want to learn the practical side of digital communication while working on real campaigns. This role is best suited for students or fresh graduates who enjoy exploring creative content, engaging with online communities, and analysing what works on different platforms. You will get the chance to assist in planning, creating, and monitoring content across multiple social channels. Every idea counts herewhether its suggesting a trending hashtag or designing a simple interactive post. This internship comes with a performance-based stipend, giving you a chance to earn while you learn. The position is open for remote or hybrid work, ensuring flexibility while staying in sync with the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
- Research trends and suggest ideas for engaging posts.
- Help monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Support paid and organic campaigns with basic execution tasks.
- Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for campaign needs.
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve audience reach and engagement.

Primary Skills:

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with content.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Interest in digital trends and online communities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

Qualification:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Prior project work or certifications in digital marketing will be an added plus.

Experience:

- No prior full-time experience required; academic or project work will be considered.

Stipend:

- A performance-based stipend will be provided.
