2. The Creative Visionary (Design Focused)
Strong skills in space planning, concept development, and 3D visualization.
Expertise in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Enscape, or Corona for photorealistic renders.
Ability to present designs persuasively and manage projects from concept to execution.
A keen eye for trends, materials, and aesthetics that elevate interiors.
