Store Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Assistant to manage daily store and inventory operations for our restaurant central kitchen The role involves receiving issuing and organizing raw materials ensuring proper storage conditions and maintaining accurate stock records Key Responsibilities Receive raw materials ingredients packaging items and supplies from vendors Verify quantity and quality of received items against purchase orders Properly store goods following FIFO FEFO methods and hygiene standards Issue materials to kitchen production team as per requisition Maintain daily stock records and update inventory sheets software Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies Ensure cleanliness orderliness and safety in the store area Monitor expiry dates damaged items and storage conditions Assist with vendor returns replacements and documentation Coordinate with kitchen procurement and accounts teams for smooth operations Follow food safety hygiene standards FSSAI guidelines Requirements Minimum 10th 12th pass or Graduate in any related field preferred 1-2 years experience in restaurant store operations preferred Knowledge of raw materials perishables and kitchen supplies Basic computer Knowledge and skills Excel inventory software Good communication math and record-keeping skills Should have valid 2-wheeler license gear non-gear Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 16 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
