Production Maintenance Job responsibilities 1 Load sheet deployment plan to be prepared by the previous day 2 Load sheet deployment sheets and constraints are reviewed updated before Tier meetings 3 Tier 1 Boards are updated before the Tier meetings 4 GEMBA Walk for shift readiness including availability of kits 5 Lead Tier 1 Meetings and assign workload priorities for each technician 6 GEMBA Walk after start of shift to ensure ontime start of every process 7 Synthesize actions from Tier 1 Board and update Tier 2 Boards 8 Production control -
