Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across digital platforms. The role will require a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends within the fast-paced FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy in alignment with the brand and business objectives.
- Identify digital marketing opportunities, trends, and technologies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Lead the execution of digital content and creatives in collaboration with the design and content teams.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:

- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns, enhance customer experience, and improve ROI.

Content Management:

- Oversee the development of content for digital platforms, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and aligns with the brand&aposs tone and voice.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging digital assets (videos, blogs, ads, infographics, etc.).

Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow the brands social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, and drive customer loyalty.

SEO & SEM:

- Optimize website and content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
- Oversee paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring they are cost-effective and meet KPIs.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effective spending on campaigns and initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, product, and PR teams to integrate digital marketing efforts into broader business goals.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners for campaign execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing from FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.).
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing strategies.
- Experience in data analysis and using insights to improve performance.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Abode Photoshop/illustrator, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and digital sales strategies in the FMCG sector.
- Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
