Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Loss Recovery Settlements Handle recovery of written-off terminated and loss cases Negotiate one-time settlements OTS with customers guarantors or third parties Recover dues from post-asset-sale shortfalls and unsecured balances Repossession Asset Disposal Coordinate with repossession vendors and field collection teams for asset seizure Assist in physical possession of vehicles ensuring all procedures are legally compliant Follow up on auction valuation and disposal of repossessed assets Legal Enforcement Coordination Work closely with the legal team for filing Sec 138 Sec 420 arbitration or legal notices Attend Lok Adalats court hearings or police station visits as required Support post-litigation follow-ups to expedite recovery Skip Tracing Field Work Locate skip customers through field tracing and local intelligence Investigate customer background and asset availability for recovery action Documentation Reporting Maintain proper documentation for settlements repossessions and recoveries Update recovery systems and MIS reports regularly Ensure accurate recording of recovered amounts and closure details Job Type Full-time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
