Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in workflow automation tools like N8N, Make, and Zapier. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage automated processes to improve operational efficiency across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ year of experience in automation, eager to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. Location: - Rajkot, Gujarat Technologies/Tools: - CRM & ERP Platforms (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Zoho) - Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) - Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau) - Social Media & Ad Platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Tools Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using N8N, Make, and Zapier. - Identify manual processes and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement automation strategies. - Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure smooth operation. - Document automation processes and provide training or support to team members. Education: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: - Minimum 1+ year of experience in workflow automation or related fields. - Hands-on experience with automation tools like N8N, Make, and Zapier. - Experience integrating various applications and APIs through automation platforms. Must Have: - Strong expertise in N8N, Make, and Zapier. - Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration. - Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot.
