🔹 4+ years of experience in social media & content creation (preferably in a D2C Food & Beverage brand).

🔹 Strong portfolio of past social media work—content that has gone viral or significantly grown a brand.

🔹 Hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and producing Reels/Shorts.

🔹 Comfortable being on camera—must be willing to create & appear in content.

🔹 Experience managing influencers & running partnership campaigns.

🔹 Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts & Facebook algorithms.
