We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International IT Sales Executive to join our sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling, appointment generation, and international B2B sales, particularly in the IT services or solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the UK region.
- Generate qualified leads and appointments for the business development team.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospects through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities based on specific IT service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to calls, appointments, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience (14 years) in International IT sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
- Demonstrated success in appointment setting for B2B clients, preferably in the UK market.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical IT services to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
