Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bengali Cook to join our kitchen team The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of traditional Bengali cuisine including fish preparations vegetarian delicacies and regional specialties The cook must maintain high standards of hygiene taste and presentation Key Responsibilities Prepare authentic Bengali dishes such as Shorshe Ilish Kosha Mangsho Chingri Malai Curry Begun Bharta Shukto Luchi-Alur Dom etc Maintain consistency in taste quality and presentation of dishes Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during service hours Handle raw materials and ingredients with proper care and hygiene Coordinate with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the Head Chef Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area tools and equipment Monitor inventory levels of Bengali ingredients and assist in procurement planning Experiment with modern presentation while keeping the traditional flavors intact Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
