Job Description Responsibilities: - Design end to end architecture for Servicenow GRC solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management - Define and implement GRC strategies, frameworks, and best practices. - Lead GRC solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders - Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable GRC configurations - Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, providing technical direction and ensuring adherence to architectural standards - Collaborate closely with developers to review code, configurations, and scripts for quality and compliance - Ensure seamless integration of GRC with other ServiceNow modules and external systems - Oversee configuration, customization, and scripting of GRC applications - Define data models, workflows, and risk scoring methodologies - Ensure GRC architecture aligns with enterprise security and compliance standards - Support platform upgrades, patches, and solution optimization - Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to design principles - Engage in proof of concept and prototype development for GRC enhancements. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 yrs of IT experience, with at least 5 yrs on hands-on GRC experience. - Certification: CIS GRC(IRM) mandatory - CTA is a plus - String understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and audit processes. - Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow GRC with third party systems - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and APIs. - Experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams - Ability to balance strategic architecture planning with hands-on technical involvement - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR and other compliance frameworks.
