Job Summary:
CFCS Cloud Solution seeks a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. As an Intern, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating new opportunities for OmniAssists comprehensive field force automation and sales force productivity solutions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, an aptitude for building relationships, and a strong results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Prospecting:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce OmniAssists field automation solutions.
- Schedule and qualify meetings or demos for the sales team.
2. Lead Generation & Research:
- Identify and research potential business prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and Lusha, focusing on industries that can benefit from OmniAssists field force automation platform.
- Maintain detailed records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
3. Campaign Management:
- Manage email campaigns targeting specific customer segments, ensuring tailored messaging for maximum engagement.
- Track, analyze, and optimize outreach campaigns to improve lead generation efficiency.
4. Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets, including scheduling 34 qualified demos or meetings per week to support OmniAssists sales initiatives.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects by consistently following up and providing relevant information about how OmniAssist can solve their business challenges.
- Be the first point of contact to establish trust and create a positive impression of CFCS Cloud Solution.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors or Master&aposs degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS, field force automation, or sales enablement tools.
Skills & Tools Proficiency:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo.io and Lusha.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in CRM tools with the ability to manage and analyze sales pipelines effectively.
