The role in a

gist:As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be working with business, credit, risk, technology, and data science teams to define product strategy, manage execution, and drive innovation in lending experiences. What you will wo

- rk on:Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for key lending product verticals (e.g., LOS, LMS, Embedded Finance, Growth Prod
- ucts).Manage and mentor a team of high-performing product managers and desi
- gners.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, marketing, credit, and operations to deliver end-to-end product out
- comes.Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market research to identify new product opportunities and improve existing experi
- ences.Drive product KPIs including conversion, TAT reduction, credit cost optimization, and custome
- r NPS.Own the product lifecycle from ideation to GTM (go-to-market), with strong emphasis on delivery and post-launch itera
- tions.Build scalable and reusable platforms to serve multiple loan originators and lenders in a plug-and-play
- model.Stay abreast with fintech, lending, and regulatory trends and translate them into actionable product strat
- egies.Influence senior stakeholders with clear communication of product trade-offs, risks, and time

lines.
The ideal can

- didate:Proven experience in building and scaling digital financial products with real business
- impact.Strong understanding of the lending value chain (lead to disbursement to repa
- yment).Hands-on experience in building platforms, APIs, and customer-facing jo
- urneys.Deep empathy for users (borrowers, partners, ops) and sharp analytical
- skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and own
- ership.Prior experience managing and coaching PMs and cross-functional
- teams.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management

skills.
Qualification and Exp

- erience:10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, lending, payments,
- or SaaS.A Postgraduate degree in Technology (M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent) is pr
