Project Planning and Scheduling Develop comprehensive project plans including detailed timelines milestones resource allocation patty contractors manpower equipment materials and procurement strategies Budget Management and Cost Control Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets track project expenses against the budget manage cash flow and handle change orders and variation claims Team Leadership and Coordination Lead manage and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams and on-site personnel This includes hiring patty contractors staff subcontractors delegating tasks resolving conflicts and ensuring effective communication among all parties Quality Control and Safety Management Ensure all work adheres to construction plans specifications quality standards and relevant building codes and safety regulations This involves conducting regular site inspections and enforcing safety protocols Stakeholder Communication and Client Relations Serve as the main liaison providing regular project updates progress reports budget status risks to clients and internal stakeholders and managing their expectations Risk Management Identify potential project risks financial safety environmental delays and develop proactive mitigation strategies and contingency plans Contract and Documentation Management Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities and maintain comprehensive project documentation records and reports Problem-Solving Address any issues delays or emergencies that arise during the project lifecycle implementing effective solutions promptly to keep the project on track Essential Skills and Qualifications Education Typically requires a bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field Experience 10-20 years of relevant experience in construction project management often in roles like site project engineer or project manager incharge Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies materials building codes and safety standards Proficiency in project management software and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings are essential Soft Skills Strong leadership organizational problem-solving negotiation and communication skills are crucial for success in this role Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
