Job Description Position: Intern Electrical Engineering. Candidates with PDC/Post Graduate Courses from NPTI will be an added advantage Location: Noida Duration: 6 Months Mode: Onsite Stipend: Pro bono (unpaid internship) About the Opportunity We are offering an exciting opportunity for BE/B.Tech students in Electrical Engineering to gain hands-on exposure to real-world power distribution systems. This internship is designed for enthusiastic learners willing to contribute on a pro bono basis, while gaining invaluable industry experience that will strengthen their technical and professional skills. Interns will work closely with project engineers and domain experts, supporting ongoing initiatives in power distribution, grid efficiency, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Assist the project team in studying, analyzing, and documenting distribution operations. Support field teams in activities related to metering, billing, and collection processes. Participate in technical data collection, asset studies, load studies, and system analysis. Contribute to research on energy efficiency, loss reduction, and reliability improvement initiatives. Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and project documentation. Learn and apply regulatory, safety, and operational standards in the power distribution domain. Eligibility Criteria Pursuing BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferably in 3rd/4th year or pass outs willing to undertake a live project). Candidates with PDC/Post Graduate Courses from NPTI will be an added advantage Strong interest in power distribution utility operations. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a learning mindset. Willingness to work on a pro bono (unpaid) basis for the duration of the internship. Learning Outcomes Practical exposure to power distribution systems and utility operations. Understanding of technical, operational, and regulatory aspects of electricity distribution. Experience in working with professionals on live projects. Certificate of Internship on successful completion. Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months
