Key Responsibilities:
Review podcast content to identify engaging moments, themes, and insights for
social media.
Write compelling captions for podcast promotions and Instagram stories that
resonate with our audience.
Collaborate with editors to create visually striking thumbnails and short-form content
from podcast episodes.
Develop and manage a strategic content calendar to optimize reach and engagement
on Instagram and YouTube.
Create engaging street interview content that aligns with our brand&aposs voice.
Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
Stay updated with social media trends, particularly for Instagram Reels, YouTube
Shorts, and emerging content formats.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management with a focus on Instagram and
YouTube.
Strong understanding of podcast content marketing and audience engagement
strategies.
Experience in coordinating with video editors and graphic designers.
Excellent writing skills with a knack for creating captivating captions.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in conducting or producing street interviews.
Familiarity with video editing tools to suggest creative ideas during content creation.
