Job Description We are hiring Senior Executive to support our procurement activities at our administrative office in Navi Mumbai. You will assist the procurement team in sourcing and procuring MEP materials, goods, and services necessary for our operations. Your responsibilities will include sourcing suppliers, conducting market research, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining procurement records. Key Responsibilities: - Source and identify potential suppliers for MEP materials. - Conduct market research to evaluate vendors capabilities, pricing, and quality. - Collaborate with internal salespeople to understand procurement needs. - Prepare purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals. - Coordinate with suppliers for quotes, negotiations, and terms of supply. - Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and invoices. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement. Requirements: - Proven experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
