Strategy Development Design and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and maximize sales. Understand target demographics, analyze buyer behavior, and create campaigns accordingly. Collaborate with management to define short-term and long-term marketing goals. 2. Lead Generation & Sales Support Plan and execute marketing activities to generate quality leads for the sales team. Monitor lead funnels and conversion rates, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing and sales. Develop marketing collaterals, presentations, and brochures to assist the sales team in pitching properties. 3. Digital Marketing Manage online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, and email marketing. Use property listing platforms (like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com) for maximum property visibility. Monitor analytics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. 4. Content Creation & Branding Create compelling marketing content, including property videos, virtual tours, blogs, and social media posts. Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Develop marketing materials like brochures, flyers, advertisements, and newsletters. 5. Events & Promotions Organize property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to attract buyers. Partner with real estate agents, developers, and brokers to expand outreach. Oversee event marketing campaigns and ensure maximum participation and visibility. 6. Market Research & Analysis Stay updated with real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities. Conduct regular research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging markets. Provide detailed reports to management on market performance and recommendations for improvements. 7. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with developers, architects, sales teams, and advertising agencies. Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and digital marketing partners. Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and potential investors.
