Content Creation & Branding Create compelling marketing content, including property videos, virtual tours, blogs, and social media posts. Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Develop marketing materials like brochures, flyers, advertisements, and newsletters. 5. Events & Promotions Organize property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to attract buyers. Partner with real estate agents, developers, and brokers to expand outreach. Oversee event marketing campaigns and ensure maximum participation and visibility. 6. Market Research & Analysis Stay updated with real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities. Conduct regular research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging markets. Provide detailed reports to management on market performance and recommendations for improvements. 7. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with developers, architects, sales teams, and advertising agencies. Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and digital marketing partners.
