Meewerkstage Food & Beverage management

Genieten van de Limburgse gastvrijheid in een historische omgeving Abdij Hotel Rolduc is het grootste abdijcomplex in de Benelux en staat op de UNESCO-lijst van de honderd belangrijkste monumenten van Nederland. Rolduc heeft 160 kamers en ruim 30 event spaces die elke voor ieder type event ingericht kunnen worden: van een residentile seminarie, bruiloften of personeelsfeesten tot exclusieve events.

Daarnaast is Abdij Hotel Rolduc gelegen aan de grens met Belgi en Duitsland en in het prachtige Zuid-Limburg dat tal van mogelijkheden biedt Met 900 jaar geschiedenis beleven de gasten een unieke beleving op de Different manier.

Het team van Abdij Hotel Rolduc is op zoek naar een teamplayer die ons Food & Beverage team kan ondersteunen. De F&B afdeling is een belangrijk onderdeel van Abdij Hotel Rolduc. Hier overtreffen we verwachtingen en bieden we onvergetelijke ervaringen aan onze gasten. Wij zijn een hecht team en onderdeel van Different Hotels en de Van Melick Catering Group.

Jouw Functie

- Het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en afronden van de dagelijkse taken op de vloer aan de hand van de banqueting sheets en restaurantlijsten.
- Het front office team ondersteunen waar nodig.
- Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van de service aan de hand van checklijsten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoer van alle HACCP werkzaamheden met uitzondering van de keuken.
- Helpen bij het organiseren en meebegeleiden van diners, partijen, seminaries en congressen van 2 tot 400 personen.
- Een flexibele instelling waarbij werken in het weekend of feestdagen voor jou geen probleem is.

Functievereisten

- Je volgt een MBO opleiding horeca, hospitality of hotelschool.
- Je houdt van gestructureerd werken, bent stressbestendig en werkt zeer gedetailleerd.
- Zakelijk ingesteld, representatief en bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je hebt een brede ontwikkeling en affiniteit met gastronomie & de hotelbranche in een internationaal kader.
- Schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werk situaties.
- Je bent flexibel, proactief en gastgericht.
- Weekenddagen zijn voor jou ook regelmatig een werkdag.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs.
- Je bent woonachtig in Limburg.
