Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing and our Great Place to Work certification in India says it all What You'll Do In this role, you'll work on everything from data ingestion and model training to deployment and dashboarding using BigQuery, VertexAI, PySpark, and advanced ML frameworks. You'll report to Director, Data Engineering During a Typical Day, You'll - Prepare and manage training data for machine learning models using BigQuery and GCS. - Design and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data processing and preparation. - Build, deploy, and support end-to-end machine learning systems, from data ingestion to dashboarding. - Develop and maintain machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. - Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Utilize Google Cloud tools such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Vertex AI Pipelines for ML workflows. - Lead ML projects from conception to deployment, ensuring documentation and collaboration via JIRA and Confluence. What You Bring To The Role - Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps best practices. - Experience with machine learning training, prediction, and deployment workflows. - Proficiency in Python and R, with experience using multiple ML libraries. - Good understanding of internal business data domains (Empower, Oracle, Kronos, Employee, NICE). - Familiarity with Contact Center Switch data. - Ability to write clear, concise code and maintain strong documentation throughout the ML lifecycle. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to work across cross-functional teams and build relationships.
