We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist who will be responsible for managing and scaling our presence across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and others. From onboarding the brand on new platforms to optimizing listings, managing promotions, and driving sales growth, this role demands strong expertise, analytical ability, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Onboarding & Setup
- Handle end-to-end onboarding on platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for brand approvals, compliance, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth product catalog integration across all platforms.
Product Listings & Content Optimization
- Create, upload, and maintain high-quality product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Optimize listings for search ranking, visibility, and conversions.
- Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Promotions, Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
- Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest strategies for growth.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for timely fulfillment and returns handling.
- Track and resolve order-related issues with platforms/customers.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track sales, conversions, traffic, and ROI across platforms.
- Analyze marketplace trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Nykaa Seller Central, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO for e-commerce, paid ads, and keyword optimization.
- Good understanding of e-commerce metrics, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other D2C platforms.
- Exposure to influencer/affiliate marketing and marketplace collaborations.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle segments
