Job description Operation Executive Company Description Tempcon Express Private Limited is a quality-focused temperature-controlled shipment transportation company providing complete logistics solutions to the healthcare pharmaceutical and clinical trial industry Tempcon operates eight well-established cold chain facilities across India which provide connectivity to import and export for many remotely spread API finished products pharmaceutical manufacturers Their global network reaches all the continents from South and North America Canada Europe Middle East Africa Southeast Asia-Pacific Australia and New Zealand Tempcon is committed to providing first-class transportation services for temperature-sensitive and time-critical shipments such as biological samples Infectious samples API s Reagents Reference standards Chemical compounds Investigation products Clinical trial supplies and Live animals As an Operation Executive at Tempcon Express Pvt Ltd you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the operational processes within our temperature-controlled logistics division You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery Key Responsibilities 1 Coordinate and supervise all operational activities related to temperature-controlled logistics including transportation warehousing and distribution 2 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their queries providing updates on shipment status and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner 3 Develop efficient transportation routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of temperature-sensitive goods while optimizing fuel consumption and vehicle utilization 4 Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to safeguard the integrity and safety of temperature-sensitive products throughout the supply chain 5 Lead and motivate a team of operations staff providing guidance training and support to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies and procedures 6 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and company policies related to temperature-controlled logistics operations including temperature monitoring documentation and reporting 7 Identify areas for process improvement and optimization implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction 8 Oversee inventory levels at warehouses and distribution centres implementing inventory control measures to minimize stockouts excess inventory and product spoilage 9 Liaise with internal departments such as sales procurement and finance to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities with business objectives Qualifications and Skills 1 Bachelor s degree in logistics supply chain management business administration or a related field 2 Minimum of 2 years of experience in temperature-controlled logistics or a similar role within the logistics industry 3 Strong understanding of temperature-controlled transportation requirements and best practices 4 Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills 5 Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving performance 6 Proficiency in logistics software and systems for route planning tracking and inventory management 7 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions 8 Attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment 9 Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to temperature-controlled logistics operations Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s How many years of experience in Logistics What is your current CTC What is your expected CTC What is your notice period How many years of experience do you have in cold chain logistics Work Location In person Expected Start Date 13 11 2025
