Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lamp Developer at RGB Web Tech. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and websites using the LAMP stack. You will work closely with our development team to create scalable and high-performance web solutions that meet our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using the LAMP stack.
- Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code in PHP/Perl/Python to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.
- Manage MySQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Configure and maintain Linux-based servers running Apache to ensure secure and efficient hosting of web applications.
- Implement security best practices to protect web applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for code, configurations, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Lamp Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, Perl, or Python programming languages.
- Expertise in MySQL database management and optimization.
- Familiarity with Linux server administration and Apache configuration.
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
