Position 1 : SME – MicroStrategy (Administration, Architecture & Operations) 8 to 10 yr experience Position 2 L2 - MSTR Administrator 4 to 6 years experience Location: Bangalore We are looking for a MicroStrategy Subject Matter Expert to lead platform administration, architecture, performance tuning, and complex issue resolution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Lead MSTR platform administration, architecture & capacity planning - Manage cluster operations, high availability, performance tuning - Drive upgrades, migrations, patching & release management - Handle RCA, troubleshooting & permanent fixes - Governance of security, users/groups/roles & license management - Collaborate with DBA, OS & Cloud teams - Guide L2 admins & enforce best practices/automation 🔹 Must-Have Skills - Strong experience in MicroStrategy Admin & Architecture - Hands-on with Developer, Workstation, Command Manager, Object Manager, System Manager - Expertise in performance tuning, monitoring & cluster setup - Strong SQL / PL-SQL, scripting (Shell/Python) - Experience in upgrade/migration & security governance 🔹 Good-to-Have - Shell scripting, Teradata/PLSQL development - Knowledge of change management Would you be keen , please share updated resume and details like · Current CTC (fixed plus variable) Expected CTC Notice period Current Location Open to relocate to Bangalore -5 days working Sunday to Thursday ( Friday Saturday Holiday) · bullet points highlighting your relevant experience and self rating in the mandatory skills like L, MSTR platform administration, architecture & capacity planning, PL SQL, , Workstation, Command Manager, Object Manager, System Manager MUST BE AVAILABLE TO JOIN ON 10-21DAYS NOTICE AND HYBRID MODEL 7DAYS IN A MONTH FROM HOME AND OTHER DAYS OFFICE.
